Thank you for visiting and shopping at icaregadgets. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Time We deliver orders all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopard Courier, and PostEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–6 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, road conditions, or courier service disruptions.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking link or directly on the courier company’s website.

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be canceled and reshipment charges will apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item:

  1. Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos or video evidence (Unboxing video recommended) of the package and product.

  3. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

6. International Shipping Currently, icaregadgets ships only within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping services internationally soon.
